You must be at least 18 years old, or using this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

Products & Descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Because our whole spices, ground spices, and masala blends are natural agricultural products, colour, texture, and aroma can vary slightly between batches, harvests, and seasons — this is normal and not a defect. Product images are indicative; actual packaging may vary.

Storage, Allergens & Food Safety

Information on this site about ingredients, usage, or culinary benefits is for general informational purposes only and is not medical or dietary advice. Our spices are packed in a facility that also handles other spices, nuts, and seeds, and may contain trace allergens; please check product labels if you have a food allergy or sensitivity. Store spices in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture to preserve freshness, flavour, and shelf life. If you have a specific health condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are on a restricted diet, consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before making significant dietary changes.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the rare event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if the order has been confirmed.

We accept payment via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. COD may be limited by order value or delivery location.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or an unserviceable delivery address — and will notify you and refund any payment already made. You may cancel an order yourself before it has been dispatched; once dispatched, our Refund Policy applies instead.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, product descriptions, photographs, logos, and design — is the property of Averon Exports / AveronSpices unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AveronSpices' total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, without prejudice to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach a Consumer Commission with jurisdiction over your place of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
