Where We Ship
We currently ship across India. Enter your PIN code on any product page or at checkout to confirm delivery to your address.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive an email or WhatsApp update once your order ships.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location — typically faster in metro cities and slightly longer in remote or North-Eastern regions. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat shipping fee of ₹69 applies. Any charges are shown clearly on the cart and checkout pages before you pay.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is not currently available, but we're working on enabling it for select locations. All orders are currently prepaid online via UPI, cards, net banking, or wallets through Razorpay.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you can track it anytime from our Track Order page using your order number and email.
Delivery Issues
Please inspect your package on delivery. If it looks tampered with or damaged, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If a delivery attempt fails because you were unavailable or the address was incorrect, our courier partner will typically attempt redelivery, and the order may be returned to us if delivery still can't be completed — in which case we'll reach out to arrange reshipment or a refund.
